Francine, I am so sorry to hear of your losing your husband of many years. You have no idea how you helped me with your poetry when I lost my husband 42 years ago. We even corresponded about it on some of the lonely nights I had. I would just turn to you site for the "up-lift I needed. Please know you have my deepest sympathy and you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers and I am available to talk if you sometimes just want to talk to someone. Ginnu told me about losing your hubby. It has been 5 years since my Fred pasted. We were married for 58 yrs. and 7Sons & 3 daughters. It was very hard, but my pastor told me to keep a journal each day and write what I would have told him if he was still here and it really works, I still keep the journal and when I am gone, I am 79 now, it will go to my children.
Some times I think I can feel his presence, the kids don't believe me, but I swear I can feel his touch when I am sad about something. I have been a friend of Ginny,s for many years she is my favorite poetress. I have saved your site in my favorites and will read all of them. May God Bless you, Mama Dee
