Perhaps the easiest way of tackling this is to think of any people who work with your school to develop or implement systems or practices to do with behaviour and attendance issues. Think about what they do; what they contribute and how they assist your school. Then think about ways in which the specialist leader can work with such individuals or agencies to maximise the success of such systems and practices.
