Level descriptor 4.8.2 asks you to consider the policies and practices linked to behaviour and attendance in your school or setting. What policies do you use? What code of conduct, for example is in place in your school? Do you have a list of sanctions for poor behaviour? It is as broad and wide as you want to make it. Then think about where some of these policies and practices come from. Are they linked to national initaiatives such as a Solution Focused approach / BESD settings or are they linked to legal requirements you know of such as the Children's Act. I hope this helps.
