city & guilds level 4 2.2

Can anybody tell me what i should be putting for the 4.2.2. i know it sounds stupid but i have not got a clue.

I wonder if you have looked at the Helpsheet for 4.2.2? And thought about how you have observed various leadership styles in action in your own school or setting? Which is your most effective style? Why?
