Hi Linda,

Contact Ben at the office who will deal with your specific request.
The completion certificate is separate to City and Guilds qualifications which is what we deal with at EMLC.
To obtain your completion certificate you will need to contact whoever delivered the NPSLBA programme to you.
We do need to keep your folder until the external verifier's next visit unless there are reasons why you need it returning before then.
Ben Harper will be able to deal with these issues so 'phone him on 01604 817700.
Your City and Guilds Level 4 certificate will be with you in the next few weeks.

Thanks Judith, will contact Ben. I don't need the folder back until you have finished with it, but would like it back at some point. I think I included my completion cert. work in it.
