Just a thought about when writing this unit.
Level 3 requires a leaflet....think about what you can include on a folded A4 sheet that would be informative but not overloaded with type and information but includes the most relevant and uptodate information in a claer and succinct form.
Level 4 requires training materials which could include the copies of a power point presentation given as a hand out. More detail and indepth information required. Identifyiny the audience may help you with this.
