Hello Tim,
See who produced or wrote the article and start there. You can usually work backwards and find a person's name. Is it a BBC still or a newspaper article etc. Sometimes it has the name of the photographer under the photo. It could have been acquired from Rex or Getty images. I think we need a bit more information on what it is you want to use to try to help further.
