Catweazle Weekend - Thanks.

Just want to say a massive thanks to the team Carol, Sue, Graham, Mike and Vince for organising a brilliant Catweazle weekend. Enjoyed every second of it.
Saturday morning 9.30 prompt was the location tour.
Finally got to see the locations that we all grew to love on our television screens. It was just too hot to bring our Anoraks too!! lol.
Massive thanks to Graham, Mike and Vince for doing that and for being so well organised and informative.
The afternoon at Home (Hexwood) Farm was again enjoyable and good to catch up with fellow fans. Finally got to buy my pre-ordered limited edition Adamcos, which is now pride of place at home.
The evening events at the pub of Catweazle bingo was a great laugh and all down to Carol who put a lot of effort into it and made it a fun evening.
Sunday was Brickendonbury (Kings Farthing)another hot day but.... wow! what a place! and so good to see the locations used on the second series.
I think I wore my camera out over the weekend!
Thanks again all.
Roll on next year (can't wait)then the big one at 50(will definitely be donating to this soon).
Take care.

Re: Catweazle Weekend - Thanks.

Thanks Chris
I echo thanks to Graham Mike and Vince for the location tour - it is not an easy thing to do, I know I have done it myself in the past and I am delighted that the boys have taken this particular burden on their shoulders - AND they do it so well!!!
It was really good to see returning faces from last year. Your enthusiasm is great and we are glad to have you aboard with us. It is always such a boost to get members that want to do all they can to further the club and it's activities and we certainly got one in you and with Jeff who got stuck in straight away helping at the farm on Friday, and giving a magnificent donation to the club on his first visit!!!! It fills me with hope.
