Have been in touch once again wit the person who actually registers the codes. I hope to hear back from him tomorrow - in which case I will let you know straight away. I am not sure whether it is the software or the generated code that is playing up - but I will get it resolved for you.

I think you must be entering it wrong Paul, because I have tried it to make sure it works and I have been able to get in on it. So make sure there are no gaps and use caps and lower case where required.
