Dear All,
Shortly we will be sending another newsletter out to you. This one is very important because you will need to read it if you would like to continue receiving future newsletters and updates. As you know security surrounding certain email addresses have caused havoc for us. Together with emails that are now not in use or such like problems are also causing problems. We have decided to try to get a protected "members only" area either on the website or as a newsletter link to the website. This will make future newsletters and updates more regular, easier to look at and will be able to have pictures etc.on if required. It should also of course do away with most of the problems we currently have. You will need to send me your name, membership number and the email you wish us to use. In return you will receive a password that will enable you to see the newsletters on line. This is explained in the current newsletter.
Also on the newsletter is the itinerary for the Weazlers Weekend - again important information about this too because in order for us to book Brickendon on the Sunday I need to know the numbers QUICKLY or we may have to CANCEL.
