Well here we are approaching the 14th annual Catweazle weekend! Hopefully the weather will be kind to us and we will have a great weekend.
For those attending the brand new Catweazle Cup Games - don't forget your hats please. This is just to add a bit of fun and humour to the proceedings!
For all those campers that are coming - Russ and I along with Graham and Mike will be going to Hexwood Early Friday evening and then returning to the campsite after that. So anyone else there can join us and most certainly come for a natter in the evening. I will try to put our St. George/ Catweazle flag outside my tent as a rallying point!! lol
David will be bringing the new and exclusive "Adamcos" replica, for people to have orders taken. These wonderful pieces of merchandise are exclusive and limited to the Catweazle club. They will be all hand made although of course all from the same mould. They will not be cheap, due to the time they take to produce, the care and detail taken and uniqueness of the product - BUT they will be worth it I can assure you. They have been taken from the original Adamcos so will be very close to the real thing. All the money from these pieces will be going towards a very special project that we have already started. I can say that we are excited about it AND we do have a part of it done! Funding, to continue with our beloved Catweazle and his legacy is ALWAYS a continuous problem and I am FOREVER grateful to all those wonderful members that continue unwavering support and generosity.
For those who have let me know that they can't unfortunately make it this year - many thanks for letting me know. I do appreciate feed back and it helps ENORMOUSLY to the organisation and planning of the weekends. I cannot stress enough just how vital communication is, as indeed are suggestions for up coming events, ideas for merchandise (that we haven't already done)etc. etc.
Remember that you can come to the fete even if you are not joining in the evening and Sunday's entertainments. Just come to the farm and pay at the door and join us for the afternoon.
