Re: Ghost write a final Catweazle book?

Hello Mervyn,
Yes the balloon was going to land back down on to Castle Saburac in the third series. He would have found the farm deserted at that time.
The film IS still in progress and I may well have some news on that front very soon, which will be turned into a Christmas event in a couple of months time. I am in contact with the producers about this now. I can't give any details at the moment - but you will be contacted by membership newsletter if you are a member and especially if you joined in the finance scheme that was offered to the members at the beginning. It will not be put on here as it will be a special event. I just hope no problems rear up again in the mean time.
Meanwhile, folks I am still asking for donations to pay for the wonderful tribute bust - say thank you to Geoffrey and Kip for all the wonderful memories by contributing your little bit.

Melvyn
Perhaps the family could get a third book \'ghosted\' so that we could all see what happened to our favourite character? This would be cheaper than film and would not prejudice any future film versions. The process could be made a literary competition to attract media interest?

Just an idea.

It would also have Geoffrey Bayldon in it in our minds when we read it. Rather than some modern day impostor!
