Greetings, Well i have been a great fan of Catweazle since seeing it on TV when i was 19 . Have had the DVDs for years and have been meaning to Join you for a while. I live in Israel, but get over often and as i am booked to play at the UK Ukulele Fest 2nd and 3rd of June i may try and stay on (if i have no gigs back home), and come for the weekend. We shall see of course i will have my musical instruments with me so it could be fun to write a Catweazle song or two. It is wonderful to see Geoffrey Bayldon is still with us and comes to the weekend . He really is a remarkable Actor .. Will be in Touch . Interested to see how a film would work ? would it stay true to the story or would there be New adventures to be had.. Best to you all Cheers Paul. It will be great to see you if you can make it! I will tell Craig to bring his uke and we can have a medieval duelling ukeleles! LOL
It is also great to see that you didn't see Catweazle until you were 19! - just goes to show what we have always said - that you didn't have to be a child to enjoy it, it is for all creeds and all ages. You just have to have the fun of a child and keep the magic with you for ever!
