Just to let people know that ticket sales have now closed. People can still come to the fete during Saturday afternoon, but allocation for the barbeque on Saturday evening is now closed as is the buffet lunch on the Sunday. We have over 100 people attending on the Sunday, so as you will appreciate, the itinery may not be strictly adhered to as we have never catered for so many before (it's good isn't it!!) Basically we would like everyone to arrive by 12 for a 12.30 lunch. Then we can have our guests signing in the Library, and people going on a tour of the inside. The balloon will be inflated on the lawns for members to see and have an opportunity to take photos etc.People will also be able to walk around the grounds. We will also have the balloon race going on during the afternoon.
Just all pray for good weather!
