New movie!

Hi all,
Not sure how many of you are aware of this, but I have just had word that Geoffrey is in a new movie set for a spring 2010 release.

It sounds really interesting, with a fresh young director and crew but with a great cast of British stalwarts headed-up by Virginia McKenna.

The film is called Love/Loss and reports of his involvement are easily found by Googling, however I've pasted a link to the official blog below. Can't wait for this one. Good old Geoffrey - what a dynamo.

Best to all,

Pertie

Re: New movie!

Excellent news Pertie,
We'll all be looking out for that one.

Re: New movie!

It's wonderful isn't it. I knew he had filmed it, but has it actually got it's release date yet?
You may also be pleased to hear that he will be in an episode in the new series of "My Family" early next year too!

Re: New movie!

How wonderful. I hope both the movie and My Family head to this side of the world before too long.

Re: New movie!

This is the greatest news - I knew about "My Family" but not about the film. What a credit this man is to his profession - he just cares so much for what he does, and it shows. God bless, Geoffrey - and our love and best wishes for a happy and healthy future. Can't wait to see you on the big screen again!

Re: New movie!

yes, love to see geoffrey in anything he does...
watched creature from the pit again(tom baker who),and his performance in that lights the story....
would love to see him in who again...perhaps as the first doc!,that would be wonderful!
is there anymore news on the audio books?

Re: New movie!

We are still in discussions with a company about the audio books. Hope to have some news soon
