I am conducting research at the University of Oxford regarding the actions of Light Infantry Regiments of the South West Region. I am hoping to find 'orders' information in the form of battle orders or orders books for my research, but thus far have had no great success at the respective military museums or the national archives.
Would anybody be able to offer me any advice or suggest an alternative location for sources?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
