I hope that you got some information. I just started a search to find out about fluden and hope that you can help me. My mother made an Apple Fluden for Rosh Hashona. It had yeast in the dough and had jam, meringue with nuts, and apples. The dough was separated into 4 layers. May I ask for your recipe? I just happened onto this site and really do not know how it works. Thank you.
