Just wondering to anyone who has stayed in rawai lately where is the best for money place to stay for monthly rental?
Looking around the 10.000bht per month budget. Preferably with a website. Thanks in advance

I can vouch for that place. I stayed there for about a month. It has everything you need and nothing more. The Greek guy is very nice. Depending on when you are traveling he does make deals. Its set up pretty wierd and there are two parts of the hotel. If you like some privacy part of the hotel is like a block down the road but no wifi, if you stay in the main part you get wifi. They have a pool but why would you go in it when you have an ocean no to far away.
