STIFF???.....what body part do you need to stretch the most?

hi,

i teach yoga at the rawai muay thai camp every week and like to give the guys spot on stretches that will help them in their training.
so that leads me to ask the question.....
what do you want to stretch the most?
what part of your body is the most inflexible?

Legs & hips for high kicks.

yes they are important body parts when you want to kick.
there are some easy ways to stretch out the legs that you can do in between yoga sessions.

Like putting your foot up to about hip height on a bench or table and leaning over the leg that is resting on the bench. that will do the hamstring then if you turn your chest away from the knee anticlockwise for the right leg and clockwise for the left leg, then bend the leg that you are using to balance on, this will stretch the groin.
