Check with your GP. Some charge but a lot are free. My GP didn't charge and they were done by the nurse so easier to get an appointment.
The main ones are Typhoid and Hepatitis but don't leave it too late. You need to start the Hep B shots 2 months before so I went without those as I got my shots days before.

I came to Thailand 7 years ago. Was in China the year before that. And in the US before that. I didn't get any shots and have not been sick here. I guess you can ask your doctor but many people who come to Phuket don't get any Vaccinations beforehand.
Rabies is optional, the course is a few weeks and you need to start it well before departure. Without it rabies itself has a 10 week incubation so just be aware if you get scratched/bitten without vaccination you should go get an accelerated course asap.
