hi i'm a new student coming over at the end of june i have a few questions

1) is it possible to buy rather than rent a bicycle while i'm over there and how much would this cost.

2) can u buy weight training supplements while over there protien, creatine, glutamine etc

3) I've heard you can't drink the water so what's the cheapest option for buying water

Bicycles are cheap to buy from the shopping centre 10 mins away from the gym..
Bring your own supplements as they are the same price here and harder to find
Buy your water from either the local 7/11 or the supermarket.

water is cheap, you can buy those big bottles, around 40liter for 100bath and then when its empty you refill them for 10bath, the water is okej to drink

you find them in smaller shops, i think diana can show you
