I am looking for some advice.I am hoping to come to this camp mid feb. I have no muay thai experiance what so ever. My main objective is to get fit then hopefully start picking up some muay thai.
I am looking to stay for a couple months. I am not in the best condition but not to far away.do you think this camp would cater for what i am looking for??

Don't worry if you are out of shape. Everyone goes at their own pace and you just try the best you can. If you have to stop just tell the trainer. No problem!
