hi im thinking of heading over the start of september for two months.iv done some thai boxing a few years ago so i know the basics.im hoping to get my fittness level up and my fighting tecnique better.is it ok for beginners and do you get good trainning and help.iv heard a few nightmare stories about some gyms.
whats the camp like to stay on ? ,, can you eat on camp ? sorry for all the questions just trying to work out how much money to bring..
do i need to bring much with me.. i dont plan on partying too much .. but if i do start i might not stop..

Dont worry about anything dude, You will be fine if you train and stay at Rawai. Ive been there many times and it was always good. They train all skill levels and your fitness will improve a great deal if you train hard. All you have to do is show up. They dont have any food on camp but there are many shops close by in walking distance. Its all good....
