That fight card is fucking nice!

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

Yeah, its a shame Steven Wakeling had to pull out, he was scheduled to fight Yodsanklai, that would of been an awesome fight.

Yep this friday is the 26th, i think i said that above somewhere.

I think Steve's just training at Scorpions now, i'm not sure he's been to active recently though. Last time I saw him fight was August last year at york hall in london on the muay thai legends show where he beat Diesel Lek.
Its a real shame he didnt get a crack at Yod, I'd of fancied him to pull off a win.

Country: England

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

i can only judge from what i've seen in sparring...wakeling got nothing against yod back then

but then again, it was about 2 years ago so who knows who would've won...

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

Would of been interesting, still got plenty of top draw fights on the card though, you have any predictions?

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

Julie Kitchen is suppose to fight Elina Neilson at the King's Cup.

Anyone know her official record? who has she lost to?

Didn't Julie beat everyone's favorite, Chantal earlier this year?

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

Yes, Julie Kitchen beat Chantal Ughi from Tiger, earlier this year. Chantal had only 1 week to get ready but the outcome would have been the same I think, even if Chantal had trainer longer. Julie has been boxing Muay Thai longer.

Country: Thailand

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

Julies a superb fighter she came up a weight to fight Chantal and only had 2 days in Thailand to climatize. I think this was her 6th world title that she just won in Jamaica. My moneys on another win for Julie at the Kings Cup

Country: England

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

When is the kings cup?
Anyone got the fight card?

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

The King's Cup is on December 5th. The Queen's Cup is on August 12th, although there are fights on August 11th all day in front of the Royal Palace. The Queen's Cup celebrates the Queen's birthday and many women fight. The King's cup celebrates the King's birthday. We have at least two women fighting in the Queen's cup: Dalia Hosny (53 Kilos) from Egypt and Nicole Brolan (59 Kilos) from Australia.

Re: Muay Thai : Champions of Champions 2

How good was the Carnage knockout of Sprong!!!
Also John Wayne Parr got ripped off in the Buakaw fight, again.

I don't think Cosmo has felt anything like Yods kicks before because he was freaked out covering up in the corner....and I don't blame him.
