Hello all,
I seek a copy of an obscure song entitled "A Door Will Open". I wish to place the copy in my spouses memory album. He is 80 this year and has been a trumpet player for 67 years! Having traveled w/the big bands in the 40's I'm compiling a memory album for him to replace memorabilia lost years ago to flooding. He played 10 weeks w/Jess Stacy @ The Band Box in chicago on West Randolph St. and I am unable to find a photo of it. I search as well for a copy of the sheet musci to the aforementioned song done I believe by Randy Brroks and sung by Dick Haymes. I thank you in advance for any help.
