Hello friends,

For 2 years this January February we at TTS_COG have been publishing a monthly e-newsletter titled "Chodesh Newsletter". Our publication offers informative and light humor to share among the brethren amidst the age of disinformation and gloom of current events such as they are ill reported these days. We recently did several surveys of which included many many COG web sights and noted the absence of a section for prayer requests and announcements of the congregations; births, weddings, deaths, etc. While prayer requests understandably require an immediate response there are other areas of concern among many brethren one for another as many are compelled by the Spirit - the saints within the scattered congregations. There also exists a sincere concern and effort to maintain communications by many, yet only a few seem to succeed at attempting to accommodate this need [Servants News, The Journal News and Truth on the Web].

So I am launching an effort to consolidate the seemingly missing element of local congregational announcements from the Sabbatarian Churches of God at large. This effort, of course, is limited by nature to the audience of whom I am now speaking - computer savvy individuals whom are likely also seeking fellowship as do the recipients of our monthly newsletters also seek.

We are requesting any all willing persons to send local announcements to us of the following categories [or recommend one]:

Weddings
Births
Deaths
Re-location [moving]
Congregational related items or services for sale or to share [spare Bibles, song books, baby blankets, folding chairs, etc.]
Inquiries of other persons
Local news or events

All submittals must be received no later than the full moon each month, approximately two weeks prior to the next upcoming Biblical calendar month, so that it may be published in the newsletter. Others may be included in the following months issue. Information on how to contact u sis available form our main web page listed below.
