No, You're Fired

In Lebanon, Pennsylvania, Rev. Filip Velisavljevic, a Serbian Orthodox priest,
has been convicted of assault and reckless endangerment for aiming a gun
at Church of the Holy Resurrection of Christ council president Frederick
Pantelich. In December of 2002, an argument began in an apparent power struggle
that ensued after the priest was asked by the council to resign. During the
tussle, the gun went off grazing the priests own foot. According to an AP
report, Velisavljevic also faces a civil lawsuit in which the council alleges
he took at least $5,800 in religious items from the church, and that he
defrauding the church of about $10,000.

1666 - The Moscow Council deposed Russian Orthodox Patriarch Nikon, 61. The
church synod had sought to bring an end to the struggle between Czar Alexis
and Patriarch Nikon, but the antagonism, begun as a call for liturgical reform,
ultimately grew into a struggle over the relationship between church and
state.

1712 - The South Carolina colony passed a "Sunday Law" requiring "all...persons
whatsoever" to attend church each Sunday, to refrain from skilled labor,
and to do no traveling by horse or wagon beyond the necessary. Infractions
of this law were met with a 10-shilling fine and/or a two-hour lockup in
the village stocks.

There is this New England farmer, he has in his possession his great
grandfathers axe. 

Of course the handle has been replaced 4 times and the head twice.

Is it still his great grandfathers axe?

In terms of Truth Once Delivered, do we possess the original ax?

"That He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot,
or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish,"
Ephesians 5:27.

Most of us have watched some sort of sport one time or another played with
a ball. What is the sequence involved in most instances?

1. You receive the ball.

2. Once in your possession you hold it fast, ever moving forward, eyes on
the goal.

Thereare those that in misguided understanding just can't seem to move forward
because they are HOLDING FAST.

There are those that in misguided understanding just can't seem to hold
fast because they are MOVING FORWARD.

Yet scripture PLAINLY teaches that we are running a RACE, should keep our
eyes on the GOAL, promising a REWARD for those that ENDURE TILL
THE END. All this, with instructions to HOLD FAST. 

"But the Comforter, even the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My
name, He shall teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that
I said unto you," John 14:26, R.V."Even the spirit of truth; whom the world
cannot receive, because it seeth Him not, neither knoweth Him," John 14:17.

By this "SPIRIT OF TRUTH"  it is "REVEALED" that to which
we are to "HOLD FAST".

"But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth
all things, yea, the deep things of God," I Corinthians 2:10.

Never be deceived there are not "WORKS" to do.

"And by works was faith made perfect," James 2:22, last part of the verse.

Does it make any difference what we believe if we are truly SINCERE?

"God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification
of the Spirit and belief of the truth," II Thessalonians 2:13; Joshua 24:14.

You were chosen to salvation by THE ETERNAL, through sanctification
and "BELIEF IN THE TRUTH"! 

Not misguided belief!

So it seems that indeed it matters if we possess the original axe.

666 = The Number of the Name

Re 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had

dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

Clarification: The number 666 is NOT THE MARK...it is the NUMBER of A MAN...
A NUMBER of his NAME. John Paul II has recently affirmed the Papal title,
"Vicarius Filii Dei"-- The Vicar of the Son of the God. This a blasphemous
title. Christ does not need a vicar, and Heaven has not so designated any
man. This title, "Vicarius Filii Dei" is etched in the Papal mitre which
every pope wears. The numerical equivalent of this Latin title, using Roman
numerals known to most CoG'ers, is 666. Please note the following:

V=5, I=1, C=100, A = no value, R = no value, I=1, U=5, S =no value

F = no value, I =1, L= 50, I =1, I=1

D = 500, E =no value, I = 1

TOTAL -- 666

The Scripture says 666 is the number of a man. Every pope is a man, and every
pope bears this title. Thus both the individual Pope, and the institution
of the Papacy are marked out in scripture as the bearer of this number 666.

LUDOVICUS ... translated means Vicar of the Court

L=50, U= 5, D = 500, O = no value, V = 5, I = 1, C = 100, U = 5 , S = no
value = 666

In the Greek Language we see that: "Latéinos" is Greek for "Latin

"Virgil . . . showed that Lateinos, to whom the Romans or Latin race traced
back the lineage, was represented with a glory around his head, to show he

In The Hebrew... "ROMIITH" means the Roman Kingdom = => R = 200 resh,

"ROMITI" means the Roman Man is ==> R=200 resh, O =6 waw (vav), M=40 mem,

"Stürn" or "STUR" in Chaldee (Babylonian) is the original name of Rome
itself (or Saturnia, 'the city of Saturn'.) Using Arameen numerals we'll
get ==> S=60,+T=400,+U=6,+R=200 = 666

When the Pope signs his name as Captain of the Clergy, it is "DVX CLERI"
If you add up the Roman numerals D=500, V=5, X=10, C=100,L=50, I=1, the total
is 666 ....the number of the name of the beast.
