BMX Racers and Freestyle Riders from the 1970's and 1980's from the Edmonton region (St Albert, Spruce Grove, ShrPrk, etc) are getting together in Banff on Sept 9-11, 2005.

We are looking for some of the old hasbeens and dustyfarts from waaay back then. Guys like Gerald Bleau, Jon Zurba, James Kern, the Bogusz Boys, Stretch, Eccleston, Ozubko, Giz, Andy, Leon Luke, the Wilson twins, Eldrid, Ozwalds, etc, etc...
We just want the guys who could bunnyhop 6' and tabletop with their eyes closed - ******* need not apply, unless you've got a cute sister!!

Anyone from Alberta or BC who knows what/who we are talking about is welcome tocome!

We always talk about BMX being about making friends and hanging out. Seems weird but all the guys we raced with back then are still good friends today (25 years later). Here we are in our late thirties and fourties and still hanging out being idiots. Just with less hair and bigger bellies.

This is going to be an OUTSTANDING weekend in Banff in September. When we did t last fall it was too late in the season but this year we are all bringing bikes and we are going to KILL the Jackhammer and Stoney Squaw downhill trails! Hutton better be hungrey, cuz he is going to EAT MY DUST!!!!

Bikes and beer....From what I can remember, that was never a "healthy" combination even when we were younger.

From what I saw of you guys last year, we better get our riding in on Friday night BEFORE the bar. Everyone was looking pretty rough by Sat AM

I'd still put my money on Babs. You and Hutton will be chewing a LOT of dirt by the time you catch up to us
