Welsh lyrics - need to find

I need to find the Welsh lyrics to songs Mary has sung. The main two are "Aderyn Llwyd" (The Sparrow, but in Welsh) and "Y Blodyn Gwyn" (The White Flower, but in Welsh). I wonder if anyone can help. Any help would be very much appreciated.
