The full moon energies are one of spirituality, and one of mystery. Through the ages, its energetic pull has drawn the waters, and effects all those that live upon Mother Earth. It is said this is the time when human emotion comes to the surface, at varying degrees. Some may express anger, others sorrow or grief. During the "waxing" period, one may notice the change in mankind. On the fourth day "waning" or the vibration eases off.

It is also the time for women; if their menstrual cycle is not in cync, all she need do is watch the moon and it will energetically correct the imbalance. Since the moon effects the waters, some traditions refer to the turtle as a teacher.

It is a time to recognize or contemplate on the problems, to release and replace them with solutions.
