Dear Chorus,
Great rehearsal! This is going to be a wonderful concert, and I can't
wait to see you onstage tomorrow at 6:05 sharp!
In the last movement of the mass, "Agnus Dei", we are restoring the
note value (returning to the original quarter note, instead of singing
as an 8th note) for all words in the first section which end on a
vowel. This includes "Dei" and "miserere". This does not affect
anything in the second section, Dona nobis pacem. Do not change any
cut-offs or note values in that section!
You did a lot of wonderful singing today- please talk lightly at work
tomorrow and drink lots of water.
