Dear Chorus,
We are well onto our way to a wonderful performance of Honegger and Stravinsky! Next week we will sit in sections, by column; Sopranos on the right, altos on the aisle, tenors on the left aisle and basses on the side. Now is the time to use David's recorded materials for the Stravinsky! For next Thursday work hard on the Kyrie, Gloria and Credo of the Stravinsky Mass. That will be the first half of our rehearsal. For the second half of the rehearsal, crack down on these portions of the Honegger:
IN order of priority:
No.24 from rehearsal 2 to reh 3
No.8 (tenors and basses)
No.11
No.14 (Sopranos and altos)
We will run No.15, No.16 and No.17
