Highbury Park Tavern tankard
Many thanks for this website. After literally 20 years of searching I've discovered that "Highbury Park Tavern" actually existed. I own a tankard (1/2 pint, brass, dovetailed and hallmarked ). The pub's name has been beautifully marked by hand underneath; it's been in the family for 40 years and I've never been able to find any information on it at all. Any souls that can help me find out more? Many thanks... Maureen |
