LOL! I think we've all had our moments of obsessing about something in our lives, so don't feel bad Cecilia. In the meantime, this title would be a pretty odd one for a film about an alien invasion. I haven't turned up anything on first blush, but my guess is that he may have gone straight into another film for this same production company with the same writer attached upon completing "The Hatching." Time will tell. As for The Hilton bar, it was probably the bar of the hotel where production put him up for the shoot. My guess is in Canada somewhere since that's where they were doing the TH. If I come across anything else, you know I'll share post haste! Happy Thanksgiving!

It seems somewhere before or after shooting "The Hatching," Judd squeezed "Dirty Politics" in. It appears it was shot in Louisiana (quite the hotbed for filming these days, despite the lingering effects of Hurricane Katrina.) You can catch the details at Judd's IMDb page. The film has an official website, but none of its links are working yet so it's still in progress. I would say this film was also quite, quite low budget as one of its co-producers also wore the hats of Director of Photography and Editor. There's hope for the quality of the script at least-- Judd has a heavyweight co-star in Beau Bridges which is a good sign. Oh, and I'm sure "The Hatching" is finished by now too, as I passed Mr. N. in traffic the other day.

I don't think they've started production on ISM yet. It seems to have been stuck in limbo for awhile now-- probably investor or development issues affected by the Writer's strike. At this point if it's still in pre-pro at all, it will probably not go forward until after the holidays, and if any script issues are involved, not until after the strike is over. |
