Re: To Prosecute or Not To Prosecute
Hi There I was sexually abused as a child for two years by a 19 year old who lived next door but one to my family - and was my baby sitter. I know who this person is, and I also know who his brother is. (Although his brother wasn't involved directly in the abuse, he knew it was going on.) I have contact details for both these people. I'm at a stage now where I want to deal with this legally. I've had counsellng over the years and have deliberately waited until I felt ready to do something about it. That time is now - but I'm not sure how to proceed. I really need advice on the best way forward, together with the implications it may hold. Kind Regards Bq |
