The message is continuous. rearanged it looks like this: 5/the letters speak of his mi 10ghty sword./they warn of his piercing eye./and 7i wish you could swim/like the dolphins,/like d 12olphins can swim.//the theater of noise is proof of our potent 17ial./the circulation of autotypes./the golden talisman underfoot is phenomenon appro 22aching.//try that on four cylinders.//the greatest of human powers is that w 3hich is compounded of the po 8wers of most men, united by consent, in one per 13son, natural or civil, that has the use of all their powers de 18pending on his will.//their kisses feel like real kisses,/and when they cry, they cr 23y real tears./But what's left in your arms when the static clears?//looks li 4ke Flipper threw up.//maybe 1maybe start a club or a leag 6ue or something.//Where all the lines converge, 15they foretell the opening door.//maybe we should start up a Ju 20nior lifeguard association or something.//Why do you leave me these poems? INTERPRETATION: 5/the letters speak of his mi10 ghty sword./they warn of his piercing eye.No idea where this is from (yet). /and 7i wish you could swim/like the dolphins,/like d12 olphins can swim. Lyrics to David Bowie’s “Heroes”: “I, I wish you could swim Like the dolphins, like dolphins can swim Though nothing, nothing will keep us together We can beat them, for ever and ever Oh we can be Heroes, just for one day” Probably referring to “Aqua” though it could echo the brevity of the Clana relationship. //the theater of noise is proof of our potent17ial./the circulation of autotypes. /the golden talisman underfoot is phenomenon appro22aching. A quote from George Lucas’ THX 1138 [hologram plays in background while THX looks for LUH] Hologram: Combined with economic advantages of the mating structure, it far surpasses any disadvantages in increased perversions. A final tran - An infinite translated mathematics of tolerance and charity among artificial memory devices is ultimately binary. Stimulating rhetoric... THX 1138: LUH? Hologram: ...absolute. The theater of noise is proof of our potential. The circulation of autotypes. The golden talisman underfoot is phenomenon approaching. And, in the history of now, all ethos are designed. //try that on four cylinders. Possibly AC in “Aqua” berating Clark’s slow speed in the water. //the greatest of human powers is that w3hich is compounded of the po8wers of most men, united by consent, in one per13son, natural or civil, that has the use of all their powers de18pending on his will. Quote from Thomas Hobbes’ “Leviathan” //their kisses feel like real kisses,/and when they cry, they cr23y real tears. /But what's left in your arms when the static clears? Steely Dan, ag’in – “Tommorrow’s Girls” Personally, I think this is an indication that the Vampire rabies that strikes the Gurls in “Thirst” has an extra-terrestrial origin. Though it could also refer to “Aethyr” in Arrival (but she doesn’t wear sun dresses) Our town is just like any other Good citizens at work and play Normal folks doin' buisiness in the normal way This morning was like any other day Mommies kissing daddies goodbye Then the milkman screamed And pointed up at the sky Chorus: From Sheilus to the reefs of Kizmar From Stargate and the Outer Worlds They're speeding towards our sun They're on a party run Here come Tomorrow's Girls Tomorrow's Girls You see them on the grass at lunch hour Soaking up the vertical rays In their summer dresses A little smile can really make your day Their kisses feel like real kisses And when they cry they cry real tears But what's left in your arms When the static clears Chorus: They're landing on the Jersey beaches Their engines make the white sand swirl The heat is so intense Earthmen have no defence Against Tomorrow's Girls In the cool of the evening In the last light of the triple sun I wait by the go-tree When the day's busy work is done Soon the warm night breezes Start rolling in off the sea Yes at lantern time That's when you come to me Come to me Our home is just like any other We're grillin' burgers on the back lawn Some times goes by We fall asleep with the tv on I dream about a laughing angel Then the laugh becomes a furious whine Look out fellas It's shredding time Chorus: They're mixing with the population A virus wearing pumps and pearls Lord help the lonely guys Hooked by those hungry eyes Here come Tomorrow's Girls Tommorow's Girls //looks li4ke Flipper threw up. Probably a quote from “Aqua” //maybe 1maybe start a club or a leag6ue or something. Quote from Bart in “Run” – See below for the matching quote in “Aqua” //Where all the lines converge, 15they foretell the opening door. Possibly a quote from Jor-El in “Arrival” – showing something to Clark in the FOS (???) //maybe we should start up a Ju20nior lifeguard association or something. MOST Probably a quote from AC in “Aqua” – See above for the matching quote in “Run” //Why do you leave me these poems? Because 25you inspire me./ Quotes from “Nocturne” between Lana and Byron. 9it's different this time. maybe it's not the e14nd of something...but the beginning. a second chance. Probably quotes from “Mortal” between Clark and Lana. Possibly made after Clark loses his powers. //make t19he right decision./Follow your heart,/not your ambition. A quote from someone (Lana? Martha?) to Lex (???) //now i know what a tV dinne24r feels like. Probably a quote by Chloe after Clark warms her with his heat vision. //it's too late./For everything in nature,/there is a balance./ Probably a quote by AC in “Aqua” |

11/many have sought the source of life. No idea where this comes from - Maybe “Thirst”. /the beginning is the end16 is the beginning. The Smashing Pumkins’ “The Beginning is the End is the Beginning” was used in “Batman and Robin” (Hey maybe that “Nightwing and Firebird” reference in one of the old Prophesies really DID refer to Dick Grayson!?!) //skull...splitting! and that...that stench...seems familiar No Idea (but it sounds like a line from “Buffy” or “Angel”) i'21ve heard lying is a way of life around here. Sounds like a snarky quote from Professor Fine/Braniac. //Wolfie's fine. Quote from “Terminator 2” – the Morphing Terminator 1000 was pretending to be John Connor’s Forster Mother, Janelle on the phone when The suspicious Arnold-Bot imitated John’s voice and asked “Is Wolfie all right? I hear him barking.” (The dog’s name was “Max”) When he heard the Mom-Bot respond “Wolfie’s Fine”, the (old) Terminator hung up and said: “Your foster parents are dead.” //We are getting2 aggravated. Yes, we are.// Sounds like Lois to me. ENJOY! |

http://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=1444185#post1444185 Mornin' Shirkie! (**YAWN**) Good job on correcting the order of the lines! I hope something emerges from the 5x5 (dare I say it?) MATRIX! 1, . 6, 11, 16, 21 2, . 7, 12, 17, 22 3, . 8, 13, 18, 23 4, . 9, 14, 19, 24 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 I think the clues are in the structure. We may not get any more info by "filling in" that structure with more letters or words. I think CJ Beppo rearranged the text strings just so we would put them back, revealing the 5 x 5 matrix you found. The "Matrix" of course was a world controled by computers (sort of like the future of the "Terminator" movies). The "Matrix" was also was suggested in the Smallville Magazine #10 prophesy: See my post: http://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/s...119#post1379119 He will wake as from a profound sleep. "Nebo will protect our realm" (NOTE: another Matrix ref was in "hidden prophesy 5") http://www.ezrasmall.com/hidden5.htm The name Nebuchadnezzar in the Babylonian orthography Nabu-kudur-uzur, means "Nebo, protect the crown!" OR "Nebo will protect our realm" The "Nebuchadnezzar" was the "Ship" of "Morpheus" in "The Matrix" "Morpheus" was the Greek god of "Dreams" which can be considered a "profound sleep". More interestingly than that, the name "Morpheus" comes from the same root as the word we commonly mis-use: "MORPH". The spoilers say Brainiac is related to the "Ship" and will "Morph". See: http://www.kryptonsite.com/smallvillespoilers.htm FIVE-BY FIVE Since we have one ex-Buffy employee on Smallville now, Why not have TWO? It could mean we'll see Eliza Dushku AKA "Faith" on "Smallville", (Her catch phrase was: "Everything's Five-By-Five"). OR it could be suggesting Erica Durance AKA Lois Lane, (who kicks butt in much the same way and comes from a military background) will start to use the expression. On: http://www.randomhouse.com/wotd/ind...l?date=20000323 I found this article on the expression: "Five By Five. Check out it's usage in a movie about school - "Blackboard Jungle" and even "Aliens": March 23, 2000 five by five Bob Nowacki wrote: I've heard the term five by five in various movies and TV shows. It seems to mean something like "OK." The Random House Unabridged Dictionary lists it only as a term from the 1930s meaning short and fat, but I hardly think Buffy's buddy Faith would characterize herself that way. Any updates you can share on the meaning of this term? Absolutely. As a fellow Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan, I make it my business to keep up with the lingo (and that’s no small task). First, let me say that the 'fat' meaning of five by five is the older, well-known one. It comes (quite obviously) from the idea that a person "five feet tall and five feet wide," as the song Mister Five by Five claims, is a "mellow old fat" and a "real hep cat" (Don Raye and Gene DePaul, 1942). The meaning we are talking about today, though, can be found in the Random House Historical Dictionary of American Slang. So, back to Buffy, where five by five is the trademark expression of Faith, the slayer-gone-bad character. In a recent episode, Faith claims to be five by five and ready for payback. Payback for what? That's a long story. So, two of Buffy's friends are helping her keep watch and one imitates Faith. Willow (imitating Faith): Ooh, check me out. I'm wicked cool. I'm five by five. Tara: Five by five? Five what by five what? Willow: See, that's the thing. No one knows. Ah, but Willow – we do. Five by five is a radio communications expression that means 'loud and clear'. One of the fives represents the S units of reception strength. The other five is a rating of the signal clarity. Five by five is a good, clear signal. The radio use of this expression goes back to the 1950s: "'All right, testing, one-two-three-four. . .' 'Five by five, Mr. Holloran!'" (Hunter, Blackboard Jungle, 1954). The more metaphorical meaning that Faith uses wasn't recorded until the 1980s: "'I hope everything's all right.' 'Yeah, everything is five by five'" (Eilert, Self & Country, 1983). That also seems to be the meaning used by Ferro, the drop ship captain in the movie Aliens, who says, "We're in the pipe, five by five" (1986). This use is primarily military, so it's a mystery where Faith, Sunnydale's best bad-girl, picked it up. If you are interested in more Buffy slang, check out Michael Adams' article Slayer Slang in Verbatim Magazine. Heather |

Shirk, ol' buddie, Sorry about the rampaging references today. This whole Smallville jag was supposed to be a month long break from writer's block on another project. I vowed to myself I was going to tackle one solid Ezra Small Prophesy and then resume quiet viewership. Luckily, I am currently working on a job which is 95% "hurry up and wait" so I've had pretty much the last 24 hours to brain-dump on you. After this, tho' I've got to get back to my so-called "real-life" in earnest. I think I mentioned that I finally figured out what was fascinating me about Smallville was the richness of the world "off-camera". I want to thank you for your efforts encouraging, organizing and contributing to that blog-o-sphere. But before I toddle off, PUH-LEEEAZE, find out what that fershluginer number 28476 means!!!!!!! |

No, no no! I love all the responses. Glad to see at least ONE person is awake out there. :) I never really realized how much work this website takes until recently when I sat back and thought about just how darn long it takes to get everything up and running. Eeeeeeeeesh! I need to kick myself in the fanny and keep plugging away. I can only imagine how much work I'd be doing if the Ledger and Torch were still up (sniff). I don't know what that mysterious number is... It haunts me in my dreams, though. Hee. I'm thinking of making a page covering major themes of the ESPS... Themes like mythology (specific ancient Greek, Mayan, etc. legends), authors, song lyrics, destiny, etc. Any thoughts, anyone? Of course, I still need to finally get Prophecy 22 up........................................................!!!! My priorities, my priorities... ICK! |

BTW, Shirkie, you need to update the Prophesy 22 link on your site mape page to: http://www.ezrasmall.com/prophecy22.htm http://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=1501721#post1501721 The constellation at the end of "Mortal" looked like ORION. With a special emphasis on the three stars that make up his belt. Random Orion thoughts: The symbol of the Brainiac character from Superman the animated Series are three circles (maybe Brainiac is also a pawn Shop operator?). "Tommy Lee" had a Scorpion tattoo. "Orion" was a character from Jack Kirby's DC Series "The New Gods". There are some lines in the Ezra Small Hidden Prophesy #6 about: Where all the lines converge, many have sought the source of life. The beginning is the end is the beginning.[/i] This seems related to the "Linear Men", timecops who have their headquarters at "Vanishing Point" (where all the lines converge). "Vanishing Point" is located in the heart of "The Source" which is associated with the whole "New Gods" mythology. "The beginning is the end is the beginning" is part of the triplet about "Vanishing point" and "The Source". It may relate to Clark's line in "Mortal" about the second meteor shower: "Maybe it’s different this time. Maybe it’s not the end of something… But the beginning. A second chance." (This line ALSO appeared in the Hidden Prophesy 6.) But the beginning/end/begining line may also refer back to the timeless nature of "Vanishing Point" and the "source of life" line may refer "forward" to Clark's resurection in "Hidden". Put the two together and the mechanism used to "Revive" Clark may be "Time" based. Alternately, it may be justified to combinethe significance of the THREE bright stars in that image of the constellation and the THREE way "Begin/End/Begin" line from the hidden prophesy and Clarks "new beginning" statement in "Mortal" about the meteor shower with another odd "Triple" item: An article posted on the "Wall of Weird" had headlines about a threat from a "Triple Asteriod" (The same spelling was used in a headline on another article about another "Asteriod" threat) Perhaps there will be yet ANOTHER Meteor Shower

Hi guys! Shirkie, I e-mailed you about this, but when I saw you had a message board, I decided to drop by. I'm guessing that the "four cylinders" line is a reference to Jonathan doing some wild and crazy driving in "Exposed." Oh, and as I've told you before, I share your disgust about recent developments. Let's hope things get better from here. Just maybe, when the Clana relationship goes south, Clark will realize what a mistake they made . . . ? We can hope! |

Oct 11th, 2005 - 1:34 PM |
Oh, and one more. Could "follow your heart, not your ambition" be a reference to Chloe? She'll need a big story to impress her "Torch" editor, and Clark would make a huge one, but she's promised Clark not to betray him. |
Eh,Man?You-El?

And Renee wins a Kewpie Doll! "Try that on four cylinders." Jack Jennings, commenting on Jonathan Kent's test drive of Jack's 1970 Dodge Charger in "Exposed" (WAAAAAaaaaaa-HHHOOOOOO!!!) "Make the right decision. Follow your heart, not your ambition." I thought that line might turn up in the conversation between Jonathan and Jack Jennings. (I wasn't paying close attention, Maybe it DID!) Now I think it will be Lion-El saying it to Lex about the campaign and/or Lana, probably in "Splinter". "Why do you leave me these poems? Because you inspire me." Either a new "Byron" character will be introduced, OR It seems to me that these lines might be appropriate in an exchange between Lex and "Samantha/Roxanne" from "Fanatic". Still, the exact repetition of lines from another episode seems unlikely, UNLESS... They occur in Clark's nightmare paranoia of "Splinter" spoken by Lex and Lana. |

Y'know, I wonder if the line in Prophesy 22: "Why do you leave me these poems? Because you inspire me." might not have been a sly reference to "Spike" in BuffyTVS. "Spike" received the nickname "William the Bloody" when he was still an insipid human poet because he wrote such "bloody awful poetry". (in "Fool For Love" Nov 17, 2000) |

Buffy Episode #85: Fool for Love ARISTOCRAT #2 (to Spike) Ah, William! Favor us with your opinion. What do you make of this rash of disappearances sweeping through our town? Animals or thieves? SPIKE (haughty) I prefer not to think of such dark, ugly business at all. That's what the police are for. (looks at Cecily) I prefer placing my energies into creating things of beauty. The third aristocrat snatches the poem from Spike's hands. ARISTOCRAT #3 I see. Well, don't withhold, William. ARISTOCRAT #1 Rescue us from a dreary topic. SPIKE (to Aristocrat #3) Careful. The inks are still wet. Please, it's not finished. ARISTOCRAT #3 Don't be shy. (reads) "My heart expands 'tis grown a bulge in it INSPIRED by your beauty, effulgent." (laughs) Effulgent? Everyone laughs, mocking Spike. Uncomfortable, Cecily glances at Spike and walks off. Spike shoots Aristocrat #3 a sour look, snatches back his poem, and follows her. ARISTOCRAT #2 And that's actually one of his better compositions. ARISTOCRAT #1 Have you heard? They call him William the Bloody because of his bloody awful poetry! ARISTOCRAT #3 It suits him. I'd rather have a railroad SPIKE through my head than listen to that awful stuff! |

"now pause and look with care and consider how much is between your fingers:" Pause Web-isode "33.1" at the image with two monitors displaying large green numbers, Look at the image with care, consider how much is between your fingers: Five fingers on the right hand - FOUR spaces "BETWEEN" Plus the FOUR spaces between the fingers on the Left hand. EIGHT spaces "between your fingers" Fingers are also called "digits" so this suggests we should Consider the numbers in base 8: Per: Veaglarwen - Super Moderator see: http://www.kryptonsite.com/forums/showthread.php?postid=1941121#post1941121 Huzzah, I just cracked the monitor that has numbers displaying: http://www.veaglarwen.com/cc3_50191.jpg I believe this is the code that Chloe cracks, acording to Ausiello as well....its in Octal Ascii: 146 151 156 144 040 166 145 163 163 145 154 040 157 146 040 132 157 144 which his "find vessel of zod" I think this is referring to Lionel. I got the key to crack this one via the ESP of Peering between your fingers to understand the Vengeance. It made me realize it was some sort of ascii code, and base 8 is the only one that these numbers represented...thus--the key is at lookuptables.com "when you leave a trail of breadcrumbs, it is no surprise when the crow comes calling" This sounds like a quote from (dead) Sheriff Nancy. It will probably appear in an upcoming episode spoken by Lex (the man in crow-like black) to Chloe of someone else following a trail who has left notes for someone else to follow. "the lesson is not in the ending" I think this may suggest the most important stuff this season will be found in an episode NOT the finale. "I turn eye than roil earth lion" Anybody have any good guesses on this? “Lion” probably refers to the MB (of course) The phrase “sounds” like an Elizabethan quote or perhaps a puzzle in a puzzle. I checked for anagrams and nothing jumped out at me. The meaning of this passage may also require the next two words: "chloe name" (Chloe means “Green Shoot” in Greek. It is one of the names of Demeter, goddess of the grain) (“Sullivan” means “Black-Eyed” in Celtic) "o come o come do not leave us ye loyal friend" The loyal friend who may be leaving may be Chloe. But, If I can be immodest, I really think this is a shout-out *sniff* to ME! "O come, O Come Emma-a-an-u-el". As some of you know, my last name is "Loye." To be honest, I wanted to leave my last post as my farewell, but when I noticed even the possibility that CJ Beppo might be inserting *me* in his prophetic puzzles, it just touched my heart. |

"in these a son of the smallest perfect number" A perfect number is a positive integer that is equal to the sum of its proper divisors. 6 is the smallest perfect number; 1+2+3=6 and 1*2*3=6. The phrase, "Son of Six" doesn't seem to mean much, at least in the few languages I'm conversant in. Perhaps, the "son" is one of the divor numbers: 1, 2 or 3. Again, the phrases: "son of one", "son of two" and "son of three" seem too generic to suggest a clear meaning. Oddly (and I don't really think this has anything to do with anything), I'm working on a book titled, "Daughter of Seven" about the Biblical Bathsheba (Bat-Sheba) "all will be redeemed" This phrase “sounds” like it should be in the Bible, but it ain’t. With careful use of commas, the last two phrases could be read: "all will be redeemed in these: a son of "six". So, what could THAT mean? Heck if I know! Have fun figuring it out! ------- I'm going coo-coo, wooo-oooh Here come's the choo-choo, wooo-oooh I'm so goony, loonie-tuney Tetched in the head Please pass the ketchup I think I'll go to bed I'm going coo-coo, wooo-oooh Here come's the choo-choo, wooo-oooh Once I knew a thing or two But now I'm a buck-a-roo Hinky-dinky-parle-vous-woooooo! I know this. I read this book while I was imprisoned by childish fools. “The best thing for being sad,” replied Merlin, beginning to puff and blow, “is to learn something. That’s the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewers of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then—to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it. That is the only thing which the mind can never exhaust, never alienate, never be tortured by, never fear or distrust, and never dream of regretting. Learning is the only thing for you. Look what a lot of things there are to learn.” —T.H. White, The Once and Future King |

Hi: I watch Smallville and saw this site and just wanted to leave this in case it helps. I'm not sure if it fits, but maybe I'm right? There was a move about "The Crow Comes Calling" and it's about coming back from the dead to set things right. I found this on the web and copy it here for you. Thanks, Raven When you leave a trail of breadcrumbs, it is no surprise when the crow comes calling. A young rock musician who was brutally murdered a year earlier is resurrected as a vengeful superhero in this stylish noir thriller. Out to avenge his and his fiancee's killings by... "People once believed that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. And then sometimes, just sometimes, the crow can bring that soul back to put the wrong things right..." Jonathan Kent will return from the dead? |
