Good Gyms in and around London.
As my time at Rawai is nearing an end, (Only 4 more training days left) i am left with the feeling of what am i going to do when i get back to the uk. I have enjoyed the variety of the training here and it has certainly given me a new way to look at personal fitness! something that i had negleted for many years. I am determined to keep up the work that i have put in whilst at Rawai and i can see my self going to a normal gym for the cardio and weight training i would like to carry on with some Mauy Thai. Has any one got any recomandations of a Good Friendly Gym in and around the following area's. North London or Buckinghamshire. I would br really gratefull if any one could point me in the right direction. Thanks |
