No.. its not just about Jay .. It should serve as a suttle reminder to ALL students @ the Gym.  I see far too many students riding on their scooters Drunk ...   Its easy to forget the danger's when you are on holiday... intill some one you know Gets Killed...  Ride to Survive ...
