Want to stay in Thailand ?
If any of you are looking for an oppertunity to live / work in Thailand... I am considering selling all or a half share in the Muaythai bar. The muaythai Bar is located next to the gym, it's the hang out lounge for our students (pool table, big screen TV, play station machine, noodle bar / fruit & protein shakes RAW /health foods, etc... The business would suit a forginer with previous bar / stock control / management experience. A thai wife / Thai Girlfriend to manage the resturant / bar staff would be a HUGE advantage. A passion for health food / RAW food would be an advantage too. 1.5 million THB buys the bar (approx $30.000 USD) This is not a bar for Thai girls /sex, so persons intrested in being a Phuket Pimp.. please dont waste my time. monthly rent = 10.000 THB per month electric bill / 2.500 THB per month Intrested persons should contact danny avison at the Gym

Depends on your management skills. The bar/restaurant can easily do 100.000 THB per month The bar can easily do 10.000 THB per night Food 2000 - 5000 THB per day Health food / fruit drinks / protein shakes is the BIG earner and as you can imagine it is VERY VERY popular with our students. What this opportunity offers the potential owner / part owner.... is the chance to live / work in Thailand & be your own boss. work when you need to, train, play when you want too... Live the good life/ live the dream I must stress that I will not be selling to the first person to come up with the cash.. I am looking for a person that has the potential to take the business to the next level ( Healthy food / Raw food is the direction I want it to go)

 Keep me informed of any other ventures you may be interested in mate havnt got a thai girl but that would be a great honour .Selling my house at present and a venture like that would be a great challenge and a nice change from da ex and the cold weather can you email me please.

Own Business plenty of time to train and fight. Sounds a good life. I just wish i had the skills/Experience your looking for. I have some of them just not all of them. Now if it was a partner that was able to help out with day to day things and do some managing etc that you were looking for. That would be different story  .
