Thanks girls, i am here live and kicking,  Just completed the first full day of training and it was hard work, i guessed that this over weight out of shape body would find it tough for a few days, butg i guess thats why i am here. The weather has been great even the thunderstorms at night are welcome break from the heat. I will make sure Danny put's my picture up once he has had a chance to take it, so that will give you a laugh. Reshma i think that you need to come here as it will help you out loads, and take your mind off other things. Catch up with you again soon |

Well tonight I am cooking your Spag Bol receipe, so we will eat that in honour of you with loads of fattening stuff !!, you will do so well on this, you WILL be the best there hon, Steve is on hot coals cause of the football, he said good luck to Chelsea but I think he was taking the ...., I have to sit through yet another Arsenal v Liverpool game, I am thinking maybe I should have come with you let alone Steve !, well I best go and finish the Spag Bol, we will check in every day to see how you are doing, how many hours ahead are you ?, right, go for it bruv, we all love you. Steve, well done on selling all those cars so early on, keep it up. spag bol that sounds nice but i am staying away from all that fattening food i guess steve is happy now that liverpool have beaten arsenal, but they won't beat the might blue's. i have now completed my 3rd day, so in total i have done 11 hours training, to put this into context that is more than i have done in the last 2 years.I am now doing vip training which is an extra hour a day. i really need to get some running going as i am feeling worn out quickly. anyway keep in touch, and i will update you soon.

Oh yes we will beat those blues are the only words that come out of Steve's mouth at the moment, he has been going on about it all day !, 5 etc and we get to keep it !. What a nightmare. Anyways, we are all good here, Steve got some virus which has wiped him out but your Mum is on the case with advice etc so he will be OK. The cats ganged up on a fox last night and killed it, imagine my distress !, Steve was well proud !. Steak and Chips tonight just to keep you informed !, sorry that's not nice is it !. Nice and Sunny here today but nowhere near the weather you are getting, your brother is going all sentimental on me and is saying stuff like ' I am so proud of my brother !', I think I might send him out to you for your last two weeks !, you can have him !, ha ha. Not much else to report, Mum had the kids today, she was knackered when I spoke to her this evening, can we email you directly or is it ok to talk on this, dont want to clog it up for other people. I guess you are in touch with Ice, send our love to her. Do you know bloody football on again tonight !, I think I might go and join a convent or something, at least I wouldnt have to watch Grimsby v Timbucktoo most evenings, will leave you now hon, report back when you can, keep up the good work and we want PHOTOS danny !!! |

Thanks, kaela this is a rest although i have been training only a week i am starting to feel a lot better, i am not so tired and because i am eating healthy food i feel like i have more energy. Have you seen the photo yet? how are the children? any way catch up with you soon? |

claire&steve, things are going fine, i have had a coupe of days off as we have had songkran festival, check out the video danny made, songkran 2008. i am back in training again tuesday so another week of trying to get fit. have you seen the photo yet? hope you are both well, catch up with you soon. Hi Martin, hope all is good back in training !, watched the video not sure I would be very happy with all those people throwing water at me, makes for a very 'bad hair day', seen the pic, you look a bit worn out, couldn't be doing it myself training in all that heat and having to put a picture of my body online for all to see !! I would rather walk around London with a nail in my foot, but big respect to you, saw the message from C + I, bless them, really sweet. Anyways not a lot going on, I totalled my car yesterday, hit a deer !, well more like a stag, really shook me up and now have no way of getting to work so that needs to be sorted today. Apart from that we are all OK, Steve is at work and I am supposed to be working from home but the TV keeps calling me ! hee hee. You take care and write soon. x

Hi ya all, Thanks once again for the support. Claire gettin your hair wet would have been the least of your worries, remember it was all for fun and higky recomended. i have not trained since Wed lunchtime due to an injury to my foot which occured whilst trying to throw my trainer to the ground( that will teach me). Iam hoping to be back in action friday, if not i will still go to the gyn and do something. I think i will give the kettle balls a bashing if i can't train. anyway catch up with you all soon. |

That is a shame you cant train at the moment, so holiday on the beach is it ?? Steve watching Chelsea v Everton at the moment so my blogging time is unlimited !. What are you doing trying to throw people to the floor !. I do envy you out there and honest I wouldnt have minded getting my hair wet !, weekend nearly upon us and I am glad, I have been driving my mates Clio to work and back and considering it is 15 years old it is doing really well, the stag done a good job on my car, £6K worth of damage, can you believe it, wouldnt have minded if I was on a road near our house like one of the lanes or something, but I was on the Windsor Relief dual carriage way, if there was ever a place you didnt expect to see a stag it was there. Your Mum is down with Kriss at the moment, I think she is doing OK, well if she is not your Mum will soon get her back on her feet. Look every day to see if there is a message from you, everyone at work is looking at the site, next thing will be my Sales Manager booking us up over there for a month of team bonding. Is ice with you or at home ?, looked at the accomodation online there and it looks really nice, do you have a bungalow ?. Right better get off and leave some space for other people on here. Keep up the good work and remember your 'after' picture will be published so make sure you pick up those kettle bells. Speak soon xx |

Ice is with me know, you dont think i would have come all this way and not have been with her do you? we are not staying at the gym but just a short drive away, we have got a nice bungalow. We are going to go to singapore in the next 2 weeks just to renew my visa we we only probaly stay for a night. i think it would be great if your boss was to bring you all out here that would be one great team bonding exercise. How is Steve? Tell him not to worry about losing this week? is he behaving at work. hope he has sold loads of cars. any way catch up with you again soon? |

Hi Ya, I wasnt sure if you were staying at the camp or not, so not sure if Ice would be there. All is OK here, Steve at work today, not sure how many cars he has sold, maybe 10 but cant really remember. He was poorly for a while so that set him back, but he is back and all fired up again. How is your leg ?, are you able to train now ?, I am addicted to online poker, (not for money), but I keep playing all these practice games and doing really well, Steve cant beat me !. Oh well another week rolls around, work again tomorrow, hopefully will get my car back at the end of next week, think it is bank holiday in a couple of weeks so that will be good. Cooking a roast and have a poker tournement to play at 1605 so better go, will write more tomorrow, take care, luv ya. |

sorry for the delayed reply, yes i am fine i am still training although i took a couple of days rest. Things are going good i have not lost a lot of weight but i deffinatly feel a lot fitter than when i arrived. I enjoy the training even though it is hard but as each day goes by i get a little bit fitter and stronger. I have only got 9 days training left before i have to go back to Bangkok so i am planning an all out attack if myt body will cope. Training 3 times a day???? I want to make the most of my time left here. How are things back in england? Is steve doing ok at work? dont forget to remind him that he agreed to get me from the Airport and no sulking when Liverpool lose? Catch up with you again soon? |

Clair implant this date and time in stevens head. I will be arriving at Heathrow T3 on May 14th. The flight is due to arrive at 6.15pm so if steve aims to get to the terminal at 7pm then i should be outside. can you send me steve's mobile number so that if i get a problem i can call him. thanks |
